Non-aggressive Cliff-racers is nice to have.I have not tried any 'survival/role-play' type of mods even though I'd like to have a sleeping/eating requirement. Not encountered any bugs, I'm a level 2 pure-magic build about 2% through the main quest and 10% through the Mage Guild, in my estimate.I'm running a bunch of graphics mods, sound mods, and The Lighting Mod, as well as Tamriel Rebuilt and some other 'content' mods. Especially if you're playing on Linux - nicer than playing 'real morrowind' through Wine.
It's also a tutorial for MSGO, which is the quickest and easiest way to make Morrowind prettier and less glitchy.There's no true 'one and done' method that doesn't come with its own problems, though. Adding mods to Morrowind is much more 'hands on' because of its age, and it mentions and links all the resources you'll need.

OpenMW is loved more for its potential than its current state.Morrowind Rebirth is more of one gigantic single mod than a pack of mods.If you haven't modded Morrowind before and only Oblivion and Skyrim, you should watch that video. You'd be missing out on a lot of bugfixes, though. I would wait until a 1.0 release before using OpenMW, but it's a valid choice for just Rebirth. I use both for separate characters and OpenMW alone is better than Morrowind's exe alone, but Morrowind's exe with MCP is the best. The thing is, I got burned by losing everything and just want an easy entry to morrowind with a pack.I was expecting Rebirth to do the hard work, in the sense of installing fixes and extenders, is this not the case? I couldn't find the mod list used for Rebirth, which is weird. I actually am a very experienced 'mod user' having modded both skyrim and oblivion with hundreds of mods and dozens of tools, way past the normal 'limit'. I read that openMW is already superior to vanilla, just incompatible with some mods, which I don't plan on using anyway.
